ACCOUNT MANAGERS

Here at Russo Lawn and Landscape we believe communication is the key to a healthy relationship between a client and a service provider.  Every client has a direct line of communication through their assigned account manager.  

The responsibility of an Account Manager at Russo Lawn and Landscape is to be the direct contact for contracted clients and provide them with clear guidance of the contracted specifications.  This position is responsible for the maintaining of a positive working relationship between Russo and the client.

An Account Manager is also responsible for the recommendations of necessary property improvements and enhancements to ensure that continued client expectations are met.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Russo Lawn and Landscape has a dedicated Director of Operations.  The responsibility of this position includes but is not limited to: the scheduling of weekly services, turf management, seasonal color installation, enhancement services, and the production support of all necessary materials and equipment required to perform such services.  Our Director of Operations is also the direct manager of our Field Supervisor team.  Each client is assigned a Field Supervisor that is directly involved in the execution of every service that is performed at their property.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Our Business Development Manager is responsible for the expansion of our client base by building strong, long lasting relationships, as well as acquiring new commercials maintenance accounts.  Our Business Development department is also responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategies.

OFFICE MANAGER

Russo Lawn and Landscape’s Office Manager is responsible for multiple and various administration functions, which includes departmental billing, sales tracking and the implementation of contracts in to our advance software system. This position also includes the management of our human resource department.
